NP Set Returns Policy
Customers who shop on the official NP Set website (npsetcosmetics.com) may return UNOPENED and UNUSED products (excluding sale items) within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund, exchange or credit.
NP Set does not accept returned products that have been opened or used and will only accept the return if it is accompanied by an original NP Set website receipt of purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.
Any returns that have been ordered via the NP Set website will need to be returned to the NP Set Head Office, at the customer’s expense. Before doing so, customers must email the NP Set Customer Service Team via the “Contact Us” page to have the return authorised.
NP Set will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorised by customer service.

NP Set may, at its own discretion, offer samples on some of its products, but this is limited to two (2) samples, per category, per order. There is a limit of three (3) samples per customer order.
NP Set does not guarantee that samples will be sent due to limited stock availability.
Colour on a computer monitor varies. Please have this in mind when making product selections.
All product transactions online are not subject to regular Concept Store/Academy discounts.
